Our works is specialized in lost wax casting and has got an annual capacity of 3000-4000tons with ISO9000 cert.. It produces castings with material stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, ductile iron, low bronze, and LCC. The facilities include induction furnaces of 500kg, 250kg and 150kgs, a 150KW cast heat treat oven, oil-burning firming ovens, shot blasting machine, slurry mixes, wax mixers, wax injectors, steam dewaxers, wax reclaiming analysis equipment. Our main products are power transmission parts, auto-parts, spare parts of industry and mining, marine equipment, valves and body etc.
Meantime, on the base of our several partner foundries, we could make the following casting parts:
1. Lost wax casting(precision casting);
2. Low pressure die casting & Al mould manufacturing;
3. Sand casting.
